Promoting stair use among female employees: The effects of a health sign followed by an e-mail
Article Abstract:
A study was conducted to examine the impact of two interventions, involving health sign and an e-mail, with an aim to promote stair use among female employees at five-floor worksite. Conclusions state that simple and inexpensive interventions like health sign in combination with e-mail sent by the worksite's doctor could encourage female employees to use the stairs.

A reputation bias in figure skating judging
Article Abstract:
The expectations assumed to be created by the positive reputation of an athlete, producing a bias in judging at either the encoding or evaluation phase of sport performance appraisal is examined. Results revealed that bias existed during the evaluation as reflected by ordinary and technical merit marks.

Judging bias in synchronized swimming: Open feedback leads to nonperformance-based conformity
Article Abstract:
An experiment is conducted to determine whether the open feedback system used in synchronized swimming leads to unwanted conformity in the scoring by judges. The results indicate that by immediate feedback the scoring of judges in synchronized swimming is strongly and lastingly influenced.
