Room For One
Article Abstract:
Five testers looked at new, one-person model tents weighing less than four pounds, costing less than $200, and built for three-season use. The testers spent 150 nights in them, covering several states and many weather conditions. There were no clear favorites, but the Kelty Clark was first by overall performance. It is priced at $130. The North Face Canyonlands was next, $165, followed by the Walrus Micro-Swift, $150.
