Salad fit for winter

Salads can be served as main course item. The recipes of shrimp, grapefruit and avocado salad, broccoli salad with sesame dressing and cashews, collared salad with roasted tomatoes, bacon and mushrooms, mustard green salad with pork and Asian pear, and roasted root vegetables with good cheese are given. Each of the recipes offer deep, earthy flavor and a host of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
