Seasickness
Article Abstract:
The effects of seasickness can be reduced through preparation. One should avoid hard-to-digest food and should be well rested prior to boarding a boat. Once onboard, one should keep oneself active and avoid lying down at the onset of seasickness. Other tips in handling seasickness are discussed.
