Cyclists should ensure that their diet has wise yet quick and easy food choices. An ideal dietary day has bagel, banana and bran flakes for breakfast, fruit yogurt and an oatmeal cookie for morning snack, black bean soup, chicken wrap, raw baby carrots and a fresh orange for lunch, and a beef-tofu stir fry, salad and apple crisp for dinner.
