The great chromium debate
Article Abstract:
Many cyclists supplement their diets with chromium picolinate (CP) to enhance fat metabolism. However, recent studies have shown that excessive CP intake could adversely affect one's health. Cyclists are advised to limit their CP consumption to 200 micrograms a day and follow a varied diet.
