The costs of the rash of product liability suits brought upon by people who use products in a stupid manner are staggering. Now legislation proposing strict liability regarding firearms is bound to create more ridiculous suits. Examples of such suits are cited.

Young hunters or fishers who receive praise from older, more experienced hunters or fishers should understand that such praise comes when it is earned. Praise does not come when people complain about paying their dues for a sport.
