The effect of whey protein supplementation with and without creatine monohydrate combined with resistance training on lean tissue mass and muscle strength
Article Abstract:
Male athletes including whey protein as a dietary supplement during strength training showed more increased lean tissue mass and knee extension than male athletes without dietary supplements. Subjects supplementing with creatine and/or whey protein also showed increased strength compared to subjects taking placebos.

Effect of oral creatine supplementation on isokinetic torque production
Article Abstract:
The effect of supplementing with oral creatine on isokinetic torque production has been investigated. Based on within- and between-group comparison, it was not possible to detect an ergogenic effect of oral creatine supplementation on the decline in peak torque during isokinetic exercise at 180 degrees/sec.
