A potluck dessert party was held on a family boat 'L'Equipe' in the South Pacific's Marquesas Islands' Anaho Bay one stormy day. The guest crews brought desserts and special coffee was served. Some dessert recipes including French Chocolate Mousse and Lolo Coconut Cake are presented.

New Zealand, Australia and Tonga are some of the countries which prohibit the entry of any plant. Herb-loving cruisers can make an assortment of dishes such as Thai corn pancakes, minted lemonade with rum, tomato croustades and sundried tomato/herb appetizer.
