Undercutting the Forest Service
Article Abstract:
A t-shirt with a logo similar to that of the Forest Service's, except that it shows a felled tree, is selling well. The Forest Service wants the shirt off the market, citing a law that prohibits defacing the insignia. A Quincy, CA, store owner selling the shirt states that political expression is a First Amendment right. She is still selling the shirts.
