Most people seem to be trying to reduce the fat in their diet, and fat substitute foods may provide a viable alternative for many. Fat substitutes for butter, mayonnaise, cheese, salad dressings, eggs, bacon, cooking oils, ice cream, whipped cream, sour cream and coffee creamers are discussed.
