Crunch time for containers, says MAIB

The Marine Accident Investigation Branch (MAIB) recently presented a report highlighting several incidents involving safety lapses in the handling of ship containers. MAIB calls on the container industry to implement a code of practice to prevent these kinds of accidents in the future.
