New owner, no change
Article Abstract:
The transfer of ownership regarding Union Naval Valencia's (UNV) operations would create a negligible impact on the company's core business activities, as revealed by company sources. The transition, according to UNV officials, would allow the company to focus on ship repair and shipbuilding services. Although the company has been reported to build a number of chemical tankers, it stressed that passenger ships and ferries would remain a priority.
