The case for a new, improved Amtrak

The measures take to maintain nation's first passenger rail service, Amtrak, which is having a loss of approximately $1.8 billion a year, are discussed. Plans are taken to improve the connectivity with the private bus industry for linking intercity bus and rail in the country.
