The discussion regarding the promotional offers of the restaurants during the Valentine Day was a good mean for attracting new customer, but the already exciting customers are not entirely convinced. The other option to keep the regular customers happy as suggested by Jonathan Thompson at Hartwell House proposes the concept of adopting the route of added value, which he offers to his regular customer.

The leisure venues are an innovative use of the audiovisual (AV) products to promote sales and to entertain customers. The installation of projectors including LCD screens has increased largely in pubs and bars and the usage of AV tools in sports and health clubs have provided their members a new modern up-to-date entertainment system.
