Article Abstract:
An evaluation of the licensing legislation in the United Kingdom is presented. The licensing fee in the current March budget has been increased dramatically, with the fee now being anywhere between pound 240 to pound 1335 for the first three years. This cost is expected to influence various businesses in different ways.
