Coming to a town near you
Article Abstract:
Speakers at a UK conference on leisure property development were generally optimistic about the continued development of the leisure market. However some speakers expressed concerns about the effects of planning policies on locations. The restaurant and bar sector is particularly buoyant. Future developments in the leisure industry might include more vertical leisure parks for town centres, new products from the US and new cinema developments. Investors are increasingly interested in funding leisure developments.
