Counting the cost: How can local authority leisure services respond to their greatest challenge - lack of cash?
Article Abstract:

Bob Lentell of the Centre for Leisure and Tourism Studies (CELTS) said that leisure services have difficulty in meeting customer income projections, and Brian Pote-Hunt said that increasing income from users of leisure services could minimise local authority problems.
