Article Abstract:
It has become increasingly common for leisure operators to seek to add value to their attractions. The latest trend is instant attractions, which offer a range of themed attractions connected with a particular film. Disney has developed the Bug House around its film 'A Bug's Life,' for example, while another instant attraction is Fox's Titanic Official Movie Tour. Visitors to the latter attraction can experience the film, how it was made and the history, music and culture of the period in which the film is set.

Article Abstract:
Multi-media technology can play a valuable role in enhancing the visitor experience at leisure attractions. Chelsea Football Club, for example, uses multi-media to create a strong atmosphere for guided tours of Stamford Bridge stadium, while English Heritage has used projected imagery, sound and smells at the Great Keep at Dover Castle in Kent, England. Many people are now very familiar with multi-media technology, and have come to expect it to be used at leisure attractions.
