The ice men cometh
Article Abstract:
Ice hockey is becoming increasingly popular in the UK, where a Super League has been in operation since 1995. There are now eight Super League teams in large cities, and there are plans to expand the Super League further. Ice hockey attracts spectators from a wide range of backgrounds, but one of the key elements in its future success will be ensuring that ticket prices are affordable for average families. The development of ice hockey will be restricted by the lack of ice time available at the UK's 40 ice rinks.
