The Laval, Quebec-based restaurant, however, notes that its franchisees have been key to its prosperity. Les Rotisseries operates 84 units in Quebec, five in Ontario and two in New Brunswick. The head office works closely with its franchisees using a team of professionals to address all aspects of the business. Computerized services, a distribution center and a call center in the Montreal region also support franchisees in daily restaurant management.
