Saskatchewan consumers oppose tax
Article Abstract:
Saskatchewan members of the Canadian Restaurant and Foodservices Assn (CRFA) are opposing the imposition of an additional tax on restaurant food as well as children's clothing and utilities. The campaign is aimed at opposing a tax measure recommended by the Personal Income Tax Review Committee that would lower income taxes by C$430 million but will collect an additional C$187 from new sales taxes.
