Federal judge rules second amendment guards individual, not collective right

Federal judge Sam R Cummings of Lubbock, TX, ruled for Timothy Joe Emerson when he was indicted for five counts of possession of a firearm while under a restraining order. Judge Cummings believes that the Second Amendment supports the individual's right to carry a gun.
