Loading the newest automatic cartridge star, the .40 S&W
Article Abstract:
Handloading the .40 S&W cartridge is best done in a careful manner, since loading problems are bound to occur when seating the bullet. Bullet weights should be in the 155-gr. to the 180-gr. weights to effect closer cluster, while the powder loads should be done in 1/10 grain increments so as not to exceed power loads.
