Mechanism of auxin perception by the TIR1 ubiquitin ligase
Article Abstract:
A series of crystallographic studies of auxin perception and auxin-promoted substrate-binding of the auxin receptor TIR1 is reported. The results suggest a potential role of inositol hexakisphosphate in plant hormone signaling.
