Regulation of phyllotaxis by polar auxin transport
Article Abstract:
Phyllotaxis is the regular arrangement of leaves around a plant's stem, and is one of the most conspicuous examples of patterning in plants. It is further proved that proteins involved in auxin transport regulate phyllotaxis.

Auxin inhibits endocytosis and promotes its own efflux from cells
Article Abstract:
A major regulator of plant development, auxin, inhibits endocytosis. The auxin-induced changes in the relative rates of endocytosis and exocytosis lead to increased concentrations of PIN auxin efflux regulators at the cell surface.
