Experimental demonstration of quantum memory for light
Article Abstract:
The study proposes and experimentally demonstrates a protocol for a quantum memory based on atomic ensembles. The recording of an externally provided quantum state of light onto the atomic quantum memory is achieved with 70 percent fidelity, significantly higher than the limit for classical recording.

Quantum teleportation between light and matter
Article Abstract:
Teleportation between objects of a different nature, light and matter is demonstrated which respectively represent 'flying' and 'stationary' media. It is established that an important factor for the implementation of quantum networks is the teleportation distance between transmitter and receiver.
