Genetic code seizes pyrrolysine
Article Abstract:
The enzyme, which mediates insertion of a rare amino acid, pyrrolysine into a protein is identified and is discussed. It is also observed that the non-cannonical amino acid pyrrolysine could be translated by the genetic code using a natural synthetase tRNA pair.
