Identification of Shark Species Composition and Proportion in the Hong Kong Shark Fin Market Based on Molecular Genetics and Trade Records
Article Abstract:
A sampling strategy is used to assess the number of species that comprise Hong Kong's shark fin trade. The method is found to be a useful means of monitoring wildlife product markets when resource extraction and widespread genetic testing are limited.

Honmoku Citizens Park is one of the first projects implemented by the Yokohama city government and community groups to restore dragonfly habitat. The rapid and intensive urbanization is harming dragonflies.
