Article Abstract:
Insurance companies are convinced that the dramatic increase in losses due to natural disasters in the past few years is largely due to global warming. Article Abstract:
The turbulent processes in the ocean (known as ocean mixing) can be useful in understanding the future climate change. Researchers are working on identifying the rate of mixing in the oceans as a whole as well as in specific regions where mixing is known to occur or not.
