Recruitment of Drosophila Polycomb group proteins to chromatin by DSP1
Article Abstract:
Polycomb and trithorax group (PcG and trxG) proteins in Drosophila associate with DNA regions named Polycomb and thrithorax response elements (PRE and TRE). An analysis revealing that the binding of Dorsal switch protein 1(DSP1) to PREs is important for the recruitment of PcG proteins is presented.

Direct interaction of geminin and Six3 in eye development
Article Abstract:
Six3 transcription factor plays a vital role in the proliferation of retinal precursor cells. It is proved that Six3 efficiently competes with Cdt1to bind directly to geminin, which reveals how Six3 can promote cell proliferation without transcription.
