Regulation of IgA production by naturally occurring TNF/iNOS-producing dendritic cells
Article Abstract:
A study to show that the IgA class-switch recombination (CSR) is impaired in inducible-nitric-oxide-synthesis-deficient mice is presented. Results show the presence of naturally occurring TNF/iNOS-producing dentritic-cell subset and explain the predominance of IgA production.
