Stop the March to animal experiments
Article Abstract:
The March of Dimes Birth Defects Foundation has sponsored numerous animal experiments in support of its research into pregnancy and fetal defects. Such animal experimentation is inconclusive with regard to application to humans. Instead, the foundation should use its funding for caregiving services.

EPA: environmental poisoning agency?
Article Abstract:
The EPA's data requirements force companies to conduct toxicogical tests involving animals. The tests are aimed at determining the potential of pesticides to adversely affect human, wildlife and plant health. EPA's seemingly unconcern for animals has raised the concern of several animal groups.

School of hard knocks: NYU's animal labs
Article Abstract:
The animal experimentation at New York University continue despite the efforts of animal rights activists and the closure of its vivisection laboratory. The university has been fined $450,000 in connection with its experiments on monkeys which have violated the Animal Welfare Act.
