Take a deep breath
Article Abstract:
This article describes an innovative approach to improve upon conventional magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) technique. Research shows that by using magnetized xenon and helium gases, the new technique facilitates viewing parts of the body previously invisible to the conventional MRI. Data indicate that the new MRI will be useful to better understand asthma and emphysema.
