The RCAF complex mediates chromatin assembly during DNA replication and repair
Article Abstract:
The assembly of Chromatin is a fundamental biological process required for replication and maintenance of eukaryotic genome. Replication-coupling assembly factor (RCAF), a novel protein complex, has been identified, purified and cloned. RCAF consists of the Drosophila homologue of anti-silencing function 1 protein ASF1 and histones H3 and H4.

A chromatin remodelling complex involved in transcription and DNA processing
Article Abstract:
Research of remodelling complexes that could aid DNA transactions through analysing SNF2/SW12- and ISWI-related proteins is presented. Chromatin remodelling with Ino80 ATPase may be linked to transcription and DNA repair.
