The influence of sexual selection and ecological constraints on an extreme sexual size dimorphism in a cichlid
Article Abstract:
The potential importance of different selection mechanisms and ecological constraints on male and female body sizes in the cichlid is reported. The divergent influence of an ecological constraint on male and female body sizes is primarily responsible for the extreme sexual size dimorphism in combination with size-dependent mechanisms of intrasexual selection.

Immaculate tits: Head plumage pattern as an indicator of quality in birds
Article Abstract:
A study of the indicator of quality in birds and factors resulting in reduction immaculateness is conducted in great tits, Parus major. It is noted that if the number of immaculate patches are big and large than the quality of the bird is better.
