Walking and orbiting droplets
Article Abstract:
Small droplets bouncing indefinitely can be made to 'walk' at constant horizontal velocity on the liquid surface by increasing the acceleration yielding a new type of localized state with particle wave duality which self- propels and becomes a walker. Two walkers through their waves when they come close and the interaction might cause them to orbit around each other.

Measuring dipolar width across liquid-liquid interfaces with 'molecular rulers'
Article Abstract:
Dipolar width describes the distance required for a dielectric environment to change from one phase to another. The study describes about the results, which show that polarity converges to a nonpolar limit on subnanometre length scales across a water-cyclo-hexane interface.

Detection of molecular interactions at membrane surfaces through colloid phase transitions
Article Abstract:
Colloidal phase transitions of membrane-coated silica beads provided a simple and label-free method for monitoring molecular interactions on lipid membrane surfaces, is demonstrated. This method can also be applied to study a broad range of cell membrane processes.
