Green turtle (Chelonia mydas) foraging and nesting aggregations in the Caribbean and Atlantic: Impact of currents and behavior on dispersal
Article Abstract:
A study compiles and reanalyzes previously published data on multiple foraging aggregations in the Western Atlantic in order to examine the relative roles of currents and behavior on foraging ground recruitment on a regional as opposed to local scale. Findings indicate that both currents and behavior have strong influences on the composition of foraging aggregations and also provide evidence of juvenile homing to regional foraging grounds.

Reproductive versus floral isolation among morphologically similar Serapias L. species (Orchidaceae)
Article Abstract:
Investigation of floral characters and nuclear microsatellite markers in populations belonging to three morphologically similar Serapias species for evidence of floral or reproductive isolation is reported. Results indicate that despite the absence of floral isolation between two of the species reproductive isolation exists.

A case of long distance dispersal in the Piriqueta caroliniana complex
Article Abstract:
Genetic assays are applied to assess competing hypotheses on the origin of a geographically disjunct population of Piriquenta caroliniana. The goal of this study is to determine the origin of an apparently anomalous population, which possessed a phenotype that was incongruous with other populations in the region.
