Oocyte-specific expression of Gpr3 is required for the maintenance of meiotic arrest in mouse oocytes
Article Abstract:
Maintenance of meiotic arrest is performed by the G-protein-coupled receptor GPR3 in mouse oocyte, instead of follicle cells. Implications for studying a broad range of other proteins in early embryonic development are discussed.
