Modelling the maintenance of male-fertile cytoplasm in a gynodioecious population
Article Abstract:
An investigation to examine the conditions that promote the maintenance of breeding system in the case of an outcrossed species when cytoplasmic male sterility (CMS) and male fertile cytotopes are present in an infinite panmictic population is presented. Result show the type of cost of restoration strongly affects the conditions for stable maintenance of gynodioecy.

Empirical study of hybrid zone movement
Article Abstract:
The article discusses the factors governing hybrid zone movement which are assessed in the light of the empirical studies, including environmental selection, competition, asymmetric hybridization, dominance drive, hybrid fitness, human activity and climate change.
