Article Abstract:
Organizational learning has been defined as a principal means of achieving the strategic renewal of an enterprise. Strategic renewal requires organizations to explore and learn innovations while exploiting what is already there. As a result, it places additional demands on a theory of organizational learning. Among the critical challenges of strategic renewal include the recognition and management of tensions between exploration and exploitation.
