Black man acquitted in Ala. school arson

A Montgomery, AL, jury acquitted Christopher Lynn Johnson of all arson charges related to the burning of the Randolph County High School in Aug 1994. The charges were based on witness accounts without supporting physical evidence. The defense claimed the school's racist principal set the fire.
