Budgetary accuracy improves managerial performance
Article Abstract:
An evaluation of accurate forecast effects on managerial performance reveals that performance tends to improve after the lag of one month and that this improvement may be carried over to the second and third months. Budgetary accuracy has been found to be a significant factor in manager performance so companies should integrate budgetary accuracy in determining management incentive management. Students and the simulation method were used for the evaluation.
