Connors Starts Exit Plan
Article Abstract:
The Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos ad agency has undergone a reorganization targeted at providing an operating structure as the firm nears the $1 billion billings mark. As a result of the reorganization, the agency has reduced the number of employees reporting directly to chairman and CEO Jack Connors by half. Another reason for the reorganization is Connors' intention of putting together a succession plan for his eventual retirement. With fewer people reporting to him directly, Connors would be free to work on strengthening client relationships.
