Creative action as a dynamic strategy: using imagination to improve strategic solutions in unstable environments

An approach based on creativity is found to yield effective solutions on problems related to unstable business environment. Utilization of creative action-based approach results to effective solutions since it often leads to timely reporting of information regarding a company's operations or environment. It also stimulates the creation of new thinking into organizations faced with performance-related problems.

Is Guanxi (relationship) a bridge to knowledge transfer?
Article Abstract:
Trust, relationship, commitment and communication are the basis of Guanxi, the lifeblood of Chinese business communities. The relationship between inter-firm knowledge transfer and Guanxi is explored in a study of Chinese firms in four Chinese cities, and the several managerial and theoretical implications uncovered are discussed.
