The need for modernizing South Australia's WorkCover Act, which has become the most expensive for employers, is emphasized. The definition of injury, the cost of litigation, and the right of a worker to sue an employer are the three main issues of the Act that are more generous to the employees and cause an obstacle for the employers to invest in the local markets.
