First of All, Do You Really Need a Computer?
Article Abstract:
Commodities futures analysis has been revolutionized by computers. The power of computers has increased as their price decreased. In order for a computer to be useful to a trader it must be used in implementing successful techniques. Chart traders may find computer programming of bar charts useful. Other traders may not find suitable software for the type of program they require. Computer system set-ups can be time consumptive. Computers can be either purchased or time-shared. Time-sharing can prove costly if heavy use is involved. Computer familiarity is essential to competitive status in commodities markets.
