Government procurement rules and dispute settlement in Canada
Article Abstract:
In an effort to develop faster and more efficient mechanisms for resolving procurement issues, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal has joined an international agreement that calls for special administrative tribunals to adjudicate trade disputes based on allegations of dumping or illegal subsidies for imported products.
