Human radiation-test figures disclosed

A Dept. of Energy report has revealed that around 9,000 individuals unknowingly participated in 154 human radiation experiments during the Cold War. The figures, however, are contradicted by the Advisory Committee on Human Radiation Experiments formed by Pres. Clinton.
