Boston Scientific Corp. is grappling with an assortment of financial and accounting issues, the latest being the sales figures reported by its Japanese subsidiary. Two executives in the subsidiary are resigning in the wake of the discovery and an internal investigation has begun. Despite this, a recent product recall and the acquisition of Schneider Worldwide, the company expects revenues of over $2 billion.

Treading a contentious line; shoe store owners battle Nine West over its pricing system
Article Abstract:
Three small Nine West shoe store owners are exposing Nine West Group in a price fixing scheme with many stores, big and little. It is yet to be determined whether the company is breaking any laws. The small store owners can't see the business sense in never lowering a price in order to increase store traffic and sales. The company has a policy to cut off the supply of shoes to stores that do not cooperate.
